A Radio Company, which owns WEGA Vega Baja, to Eddie Rivera in January 2023 but didn't file an application with the FCC until February 2024, the filing said. Under the terms of the settlement, the transfer will be approved as long as the penalty is paid within 30 days, it said. “Any proceedings that might result from the violations would be time-consuming and require a substantial expenditure of public and private resources.”
