NetChoice and the Computer and Communications Industry Association’s preliminary injunction request (case 1:21-cv-00840-RP). The law is to take effect on Dec. 2 (see 2110220064). “With the court’s schedule still in flux, we expect the hearing will be moved up,” Szabo emailed.
