Marashlian & Donahue advertising and data privacy lawyer Susan Duarte wrote Monday that the new deadline applies to compliance with three specific areas: disclosure statements, consent requirements and cancellation requirements. She said the prohibition against misrepresenting material facts has been in effect since Jan. 19 and remains enforceable.
