EU Sanctions Israelis, Entities for Violence in West Bank
The Council of the European Union on July 15 sanctioned five people and three entities under its Global Human Rights sanctions regime for "serious and systematic human rights abuses against Palestinians in the West Bank," the council announced.

The listings include Israeli settlers Moshe Sharvit and Zvi Bar Yosef, and their Moshe's Farm and Zvi's Farm outposts. Also listed was Tzav 9, a group of "violent" Israeli activists that blocks humanitarian aid from being delivered to Gaza, and three people -- Baruch Marzel, Ben-Zion Gopstein and Isaschar Manne -- for their roles in Israeli extremist groups.
