Judge Mark Barnett reassigned one Enforce and Protect Act lawsuit, brought by importer Phoenix Metal Co., from Judge Gary Katzmann (Phoenix Metal Co. v. United States, CIT # 23-00048).
A second suit, challenging the Commerce Department's scope ruling that Elysium Tiles' marble-layered porcelain tiles were subject to antidumping and countervailing duty orders on ceramic tiles from China, was reassigned from Judge Timothy Reif (Elysium Tiles v. United States, CIT # 23-00041).
A customs suit on importer Performance Additives' duty drawback claim was reassigned from Judge Claire Kelly (Performance Additives v. United States, CIT # 22-00044).
