Sensio Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its air fryers of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8516.60.4070 and secondary subheading 9903.88.03 should be classified under subheading 8516.79.00, dutiable at 2.7% but free of Section 301 duties. #23-00152. Filed Aug. 7.

Risen Energy Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results and partial rescission of the countervailing duty administrative review covering crystaline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China, covering entries in 2020. #2300153. Filed Aug. 10.

URE NSP Corporation, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming it overpaid duties and fees due to an incorrect valuation of its solar products and additional tender via a prior disclosure. #23-00154. Filed Aug. 11.
