Sandler Travis Founders Transition Ownership of Firm to Operating, Advisory Committees
Sandler Travis ownership and management will transfer from founders Lee Sandler and Tom Travis to a six-member Operating Committee and a seven-member Advisory Committee, the firm said.

Operating Committee members are Marilyn Cerny, David Cohen, Nicole Bivens Collinson, Chuck Crowley, Lenny Feldman and Larry Ordet. Advisory Committee members are Rob DeCamp, Kristine Pirnia, Mark Segrist, Elise Shibles, Kristen Smith, Deborah Stern and Mark Tallo. Sandler and Travis, who founded the firm in 1977, will transition to new roles in which they will continue providing guidance to clients and colleagues, the firm said March 29.
