Cambria Company LLC, challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on quartz surface products from India, covering entries in 2019-2021. #23-00007. Filed Jan. 11.
General Cable Industries, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its aluminum cable of Harmonized Tariff Schedule 9903.85.0300 was illegally assessed an additional 10% tariff under Section 232, which it says goes against the trade court's PrimeSource Building Products v. U.S. opinion. #23-00008. Filed Jan. 12.

Appeals of CIT Decisions
The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Jan. 9-15:
Amsted Rail Co., Inc.; ASF-K de Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V.; Strato, Inc.; and TTX Co., challenging a November 2022 Court of International Trade decision dismissing their conflict-of-interest suit against opposing counsel for lack of jurisdiction under Section 1581(i) with prejudice to refiling under Section 1581(c). #23-1355. Opened Jan. 10.
Ellwood City Forge Company, Ellwood National Steel Co., Ellwood Quality Steels Co. and A. Finkl & Sons, challenging a November 2022 Court of International Trade decision denying the plaintiffs' motion for reconsideration in a challenge over Commerce's use of a questionnaire instead of on-site verification in an antidumping duty case. #23-1382. Opened Jan. 12.
