AA Metals, Inc., challenging a Commerce Department scope ruling on the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on common alloy aluminum sheet from China. #22-00051. Filed Feb. 22.

Interglobal Forest, LLC, challenging a Commerce Department scope ruling on the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on hardwood plywood from China. #22-00053. Filed Feb. 22.

Zoetis Services LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its chlortetracycline concentrate feed grade powder of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 2309.90.1050, subject to Section 301 tariffs, should be classified under subheading 3003.20.0000, which is free of the tariffs. #22-00056. Filed Feb. 24.

Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey, covering entries in 2019-2020. #22-00057. Filed Feb. 25.

Viking Drill and Tool, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its high-speed steel drill rods of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 7228.10.0030 were granted Section 232 steel production exclusion codes but were still assessed Section 232 duties. #22-00058. Filed Feb. 26.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Feb. 21-27:

Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V. and Deacero USA, Inc., appealing a December 2021 CIT ruling sustaining the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico. #22-1486. Filed Feb. 22.
