CommScope promotes Kyle Lorentzen to executive vice president-chief financial officer, succeeding Alex Pease, leaving to become a "senior executive" at another public company, expected to be announced later this week (the new appointment was disclosed Tuesday); Justin Coleman, the senior vice president-finance, assumes Lorentzen’s post of chief transformation officer, and Brooke Clark, senior vice president-chief accounting officer, now also leads corporate financial planning and analysis, with Lorentzen overseeing transformation office and Coleman and Clark reporting directly to him.
