regarding the incumbent earth station list released in August. Close to 70 waivers were granted, including those sought by Disney, Vyve Broadband and Morgan Murphy Media. Multiple were denied. Denials included an NAB/NCTA reconsideration petition asking approval for registration of additional antennas involving collocations.
