imports, USDA said, mandating that all importers “submit COA documentation or submit samples for COA testing and receive the results before applying for an import permit.” Under the extension, Thailand’s Excise Department will allow COA documentation to be submitted within 30 days from the date of import, USDA said. The extension expires Sept. 14, 2019.
