Investment Consortium Possibly Eyeing Inmarsat

Under British mergers and acquisition law, the consortium has until April 16 to announce a firm intention to make an offer. Inmarsat made similar disclosures last year about possible interest from Eutelsat (see 1806250053) and EchoStar (see 1806110035).
