Obituary: Retired Nebraska Public Service Commissioner Anne Boyle, 75, died Saturday at her home in Omaha. Elected in 1996, Boyle was the first woman to sit on the PSC and its first female chair, a position she held numerous times during her nearly 20-year tenure.
