case 15-M-0388, PSC Chairman John Rhodes gave the operator 21 more days, meaning the rehearing petition will be due Feb. 4 and the six-month exit plan March 4. The company asked Saturday for 30-day extensions, saying settlement talks with the state continue. Rhodes said 21-day extensions “are warranted to allow for further discussions while both sides reserve their respective legal rights.”
