Qualcomm alleged infringing devices include the iPhone 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus and iPhone X Limited. The ITC will consider whether to issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders banning import and sale of infringing merchandise by Apple. That company didn't comment Friday.
