in Tuesday’s Federal Register. In the proceeding, Arris seeks an ITC investigation and a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against the Sony imports, the notice said. The complaint names Sony and six subsidiaries as respondents in the proceeding (337-TA-1060). Sony representatives didn’t comment Tuesday.
