"Through its operating subsidiaries, Wilcon owns about 1,900 route miles of fiber, primarily in Los Angeles and San Diego, California. Wilshire and Freedom provide last-mile transport and interconnection facilities between multiple colocation facilities and carrier hotels," the PN said.
