the first draft in early December, the agency said on an Oct. 3 webinar (see 1610030046). But “we are still parsing through comments and thus, with the holidays, anticipate releasing a draft one later in January,” Radulovic said. The agency’s goal is to finalize the spec in mid-2017 and put it into effect by early 2018, it has said.
