Cyberwarfare will be “essential in dismantling Islamic terrorism” and a Trump administration would “aggressively pursue” a strategy internationally of “expanded intelligence sharing and cyberwarfare to disrupt and disable [the Islamic State] propaganda and recruiting,” Trump said Monday.
