The respondents should address the effect of the automatic stay on the GLC case and whether they intend to take a position on an AT&T motion for a bankruptcy court to lift the stay (see 1602250022), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit said in an order Thursday in Great Lakes Comnet, No. 15-1064. The DOJ/FCC response is due Monday.
