inquiries 8:30 a.m.-8 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, but the CO’s in-person office hours will remain the same throughout the pilot period. The CO still will be closed on Christmas Day. The CO said it will “determine whether to adjust its business hours on a long-term basis” after the pilot experiment ends.
