He had ordered the NSA to stop collecting the call records of attorney J.J. Little and his law firm (see 1511090049). They were two of the five plaintiffs in Klayman v. Obama. "Appellants cannot -- and should not be able to -- rely on the failed argument that it may be burdensome to avoid obeying the Constitution," wrote Klayman in his appeal.
