FCC Bureau Dismisses Cox-Dominion Pole Attachment Case After Settlement
The FCC dismissed the pole attachment complaint of Cox Communications Hampton Roads against Dominion Virginia Power. In an order Thursday, the Enforcement Bureau granted the dismissal motion of the companies after they settled their dispute (see 1509280043">1509280043).
