China Off-Road Tires: Amended CVD Cash Deposit Rate for TUTRIC
The Commerce Department is lowering the countervailing duty cash deposit rate on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China (C-570-913) exported by Tianjin United Tire & Rubber International Co., Ltd. (TUTRIC) (here), implementing a May 18 order from the Court of International Trade (here). TUTRIC's CV duty rate will fall from 6.85% to 3.93%. The new rate took effect Nov. 9, 2013, said Commerce.
