It said cable operator programs for low-cost broadband to low-income consumers include: Bright House Networks, Cox Communications, Eagle Communications, Mediacom and Suddenlink's Connect2Compete; Comcast's Internet Essentials; and Midcontinent’s Broadband Lifeline Assistance program.
