started to tell commissioners to expect a February vote. The spokeswoman did not say what the order will say. No further comments will be sought, an FCC official said. "Many additional written comments have been filed and ex parte meetings have continued to take place over the past couple of months. Staff decided formally requesting further comment was unnecessary and would cause unnecessary delay in the proceeding," the official emailed.
