House Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton, R-Mich., and House Communications Subcommittee Chairman Greg Walden, R-Ore., had expressed concerns in a May 29 letter to Wheeler. Commission staff is reviewing the record from comments filed with the FCC earlier this year, Wheeler said.
