The U.S. must also prioritize more enforcement of antidumping and countervailing duties and intellectual property rights protection, said Wyden. He and Sen. John Thune, R-S.D., in December introduced the Digital Trade Act (S-1788), which Thune has said would update trade laws reflecting digital trade (CD Jan 17 p10).
