Comcast ranked 15th among 17 TV providers in Consumer Reports National Research Center’s survey of TV and Internet services consumers, and TWC ranked 16th. Comcast earned “particularly low marks from consumers for value for the money and customer support” while TWC had “particularly low ratings for value, reliability, and phone/online customer support,” the release said. “The FCC and Department of Justice should stand with consumers and oppose this merger,” said Derakhshani.
