1The ITA has preliminarily found a de minimis CV duty rates for Borusan, Toscelik, and De Cecco Pastificio/De Cecco Pescara; however, they will remain subject to their respective CV orders if finalized.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these reviews. The final results of the review for Italy are currently due within 120 days of April 13, 2010.
