AD: China Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp, India Stainless Steel Bar

The International Trade Administration has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping duty administrative reviews:

1The ITA has preliminarily found a de minimis AD duty rate of 0.01% for Hilltop; however, it will remain subject to the order if finalized.

2The China-wide entity preliminarily includes 466 companies currently under review that have not established their entitlement to a separate rate.

3The ITA has preliminarily found an AD duty rate of zero for Ambica; however, it will remain subject to the order if finalized.

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these reviews. The final results of the review for China are currently due within 120 days of March 12, 2010, and the final results of the review for India are currently due within 120 days of March 15, 2010.
