Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of this review. The final results are currently due within 120 days of February 5, 2010.
When the final results of this AD duty administrative review are issued, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on entries of subject merchandise during the review period for which the importer-specific assessment rates are above de minimis.
