Exporter/Manufacturer | AD Rate |
---|---|
New-Tec Integration (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. | (a) |
Other Companies | (b),(c),(d) |
(a) The ITA has found a de minimis AD duty rate of 0.12% for New-Tec; therefore, no cash deposit will be required;
(b) For previously investigated or reviewed China and non-China exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(c) For all China exporters of subject merchandise that have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate of 70.71%; and
(d) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporters that supplied that non-China exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (06/01/07 - 05/31/08)
The ITA intends to issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after December 28, 2009. The ITA calculated exporter/importer- (or customer) specific assessment rates for merchandise subject to this review.
Where an importer- (or customer) specific assessment rate is de minimis, the ITA will instruct CBP to assess that importer (or customer's) entries of subject merchandise without regard to AD duties.
(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, changes since the preliminary results, etc.
See ITT's Online Archives or 07/07/09 news, 09070745, for BP summary of the preliminary results of this review.)
