The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam for the period of February 1, 2007 through January 31, 2008.

(a) The ITA has determined de minimis or zero AD duty rates for Minh Phu Group (0.43%), CAMIMEX (0.08%), Phuong Nam (0.21%), Grobest (0.00%), and Fish One (0.00%); therefore, no cash deposit is required for these companies;
(b) For previously investigated or reviewed Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(c) For all Vietnamese exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the Vietnam-wide entity rate of 25.76%; and
(d) For all non-Vietnamese exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the Vietnamese exporters that supplied that non-Vietnamese exporter.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/01/07 - 01/31/08)
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after September 15, 2009.
The ITA will calculate importer- (or customer-) specific ad valorem duty assessment rates for subject merchandise, and will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries covered by this review if any importer-specific assessment rate calculated in the final results of this review is above de minimis.
