AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 08/31/09:
1The ITA is revoking the order on ball bearings and parts thereof from Germany exported and/or sold by GRW to the U.S., effective May 1, 2008.
(a) The ITA has determined zero or de minimis AD duty rates for these companies; therefore, no cash deposit is required for these companies;
(b) For previously reviewed or investigated companies not listed above, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(c) If the exporter is not a firm covered in this review, a prior review, or the AD investigation but the manufacturer is, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate established for the most recent period for the manufacturer of the merchandise;
(d) The AD duty cash deposit rate for all other manufacturers or exporters will continue to be the all-others rate for the relevant order made effective by the final results of review published on July 26, 1993.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (05/01/07 - 04/30/08)
The ITA intends to issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP 15 days after August 31, 2009. It has, whenever possible, calculated an importer/customer-specific assessment rate or value for subject merchandise.
The ITA adds that for entries of subject merchandise during the review period produced by companies included in these final results of review for which the reviewed companies did not know their merchandise was destined for the U.S., the ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate unreviewed entries at the all-others rate if there is no rate for the intermediate company(ies) involved in the transaction.
