AD: Japan, Mexico Stainless Steel Sheet & Strip in Coils

The International Trade Administration has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping duty administrative reviews:

(a) preliminary AD duty rate of zero

(b) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.23%

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews. The final results are currently due within 120 days of August 7, 2009 for both reviews.
