AD: China Preserved Mushrooms and Brazil Orange Juice
The International Trade Administration has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping duty administrative and new shipper reviews:

(a) preliminary AD duty rates of zero
(b) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.02%
1new shipper reviews
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these reviews. The final results are currently due within 90 days of April 1, 2009 for the new shipper reviews of preserved mushrooms from China, and within 120 days of April 6, 2009 for the administrative review of certain orange juice from Brazil.
