For assessment purposes, the ITA calculated importer-specific assessment rates for honey from China. The ITA will direct CBP to assess importer-specific assessment rates based on the resulting per-unit (i.e., per-kilogram) amount on each entry of the subject merchandise during the review period if any importer-specific assessment rate calculated in the final results of this review is above de minimis.

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, the rescission of the review for Dongtai Peak and Tangye, etc.

See ITT's Online Archives or 12/04/08 news, 08120445, for BP summary of the preliminary results of this AD duty administrative review.)
