CV Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 12/12/08:
Company | CV Rate |
---|---|
Ugine & ALZ Belgium (U&A) | (a) |
Other Companies | (b) |
(a) The ITA has determined a de minimis CV duty rate of 0.20% for U&A, therefore, no cash deposit is required; however, suspension of liquidation continues; and
(b) The CV cash deposit rates for all companies not covered by this review are not changed by the results of this review. For all non-reviewed firms, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect cash deposits of estimated CV duties at the most recent company-specific or all-others rate applicable to the company.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/06 - 12/31/06)
The ITA will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP 15 days after December 12, 2008.
Because the CV duty rate for U&A is de minimis, the ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate entries for U&A during the review period without regard to CV duties.
