AD: Vietnam Certain Frozen Fish Fillets
The International Trade Administration has amended the final resultsof its antidumping duty new shipper review of certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for the period of August 1, 2006 through January 1, 2007.

The ITA is amending the final results in order to correct a ministerial error in the calculation of the final AD duty rate for Anvifish Co., Ltd.
AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 08/15/08:

(a) The ITA has found an AD duty rate of zero for subject merchandise produced and exported by Anvifish, therefore no cash deposit will be required; however, it is still subject to the order;
(b) For subject merchandise exported by Anvifish, but not produced by Anvifish, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the Vietnam-wide entity rate (i.e., 63.88%); and
(c) For subject merchandise produced by Anvifish, but exported by any other party, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter.
Assessment Instructions, Refunds for Overcollection of Duties After June 30th
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after August 15, 2008.
Where an importer (or customer)-specific per-unit rate is zero or de minimis, the ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate appropriate entries of subject merchandise, without regard to AD duties, with a time of entry on or after June 30, 2008 (the publication date of the original final results), and to grant a refund for any overcollection on such entries if the importer makes such a request.
