AD: China Certain Preserved Mushrooms
The International Trade Administration has issued its final results of the antidumping duty new shipper review of certain preserved mushrooms from China for the period of February 1, 2007 through July 31, 2007.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 08/05/08:

(a) The ITA has found an AD duty rate of zero for subject merchandise produced and exported by Xingda; therefore, no cash deposit will be required, but it will remain subject to the order;
(b) For subject merchandise exported by Xingda, but not manufactured by Xingda, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the China-wide entity rate (i.e., 198.63%); and
(c) For subject merchandise manufactured by Xingda, but exported by any party other than Xingda, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/01/07 - 07/31/07)
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after August 5, 2008.
The ITA calculated importer (or customer)-specific duty assessment rates for subject merchandise, and will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries covered by this review if any importer (or customer)-specific assessment rate is above de minimis.
