(b) |
(a) The CV duty cash deposit rate for DMC is de minimis (0.03%); therefore, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection not to collect a cash deposit on entries of subject merchandise from DMC; and
(b) The ITA will instruct CBP to continue to collect cash deposits for non-reviewed companies at the most recent company-specific or country-wide rate applicable to the company. The ITA states that it intends to issue assessment instructions to CBP 15 days after January 15, 2008.
The ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate shipments of subject merchandise from DMC with a time of entry during the review period, without regard to CV duties.
