(a) preliminary de minimis AD duty rates of 0.00%
(b) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.24%
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of December 31, 2007 for the administrative review for India and within 120 days of December 28, 2007 for the administrative review for Argentina.
