(a) preliminary de minimis CV duty rate of 0.29%
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD and CV duty administrative reviews. The final results for the AD duty administrative review are currently due within 120 days of November 23, 2007.
