The ITA is amending the final results in order to correct ministerial errors in its calculations for two companies, as follows:

AD Cash Deposit Rate for a Time of Entry on or after 11/16/07:

Company
(from 2.12%)
(from 0.68%)

(a) The ITA has determined a de minimis AD cash deposit rate for Mori Seiki (0.19%), therefore, no cash deposit will be required; however, it remains subject to the order.

Assessment Instructions

The ITA intends to issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP 15 days after November 16, 2007. The ITA states that where the importer-/customer-specific assessment rate or amount is above de minimis, it will instruct CBP to assess duties on all entries of subject merchandise by that importer or for that customer.

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, etc. See ITT's Online Archives or 10/16/07 news, 07101645, for BP summary of the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews.)
