AD: China, Indonesia, Korea Coated Free Sheet Paper

The International Trade Administration has made final affirmative antidumping duty determinations that coated free sheet (CFS) paper from China, Indonesia, and Korea is being, or is likely to be, sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.

Suspension of liquidation continues. The ITA states that it is directing CBP to continue to suspend liquidation of entries of subject merchandise from China, Indonesia, and Korea (except Hansol, Hankuk, and Moorim, whose AD margins continue to be de minimis; see below) with a time of entry on or after June 4, 2007.

AD cash deposit/bond requirements. The ITA will instruct CBP to continue to require AD cash deposit or bonds for all companies with a margin above de minimis, based on the estimated weighted average margins specified below, for entries of subject merchandise from the following companies with a time of entry on or after June 4, 2007:
