(a) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.30%

(b) preliminary rate of 0.64%

¹Since the initiation of this AD duty administrative review covering the period August 1, 2005 through July 31, 2006, the ITA revoked the order effective July 25, 2006; there will be no cash deposit requirement as a result, and the review period is revised to August 1, 2005 through July 24, 2006. Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of September 11, 2007 for Korea, and within 120 days of September 12, 2007 for China.
