(b) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.05%

(d) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.12%

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of August 8, 2007 for Thailand and within 120 days of August 7, 2007 for Chile.
