This correction also affects the CV duty rate applied to all other companies not individually investigated. The "all-others" rate, as well as Hansol's rate, are now de minimis.

As a result of this correction, and because the preliminary CV duty rates for the other companies in this investigation that were individually investigated were also de minimis, the ITA's preliminary CV determination is now negative.

Liquidation No Longer Suspended, CV Cash Deposit/Bond No Longer Required

Since the amended preliminary determination is negative, the ITA is directing U.S. Customs and Border Protection to terminate suspension of liquidation of all entries of the subject merchandise from Korea. Additionally, ITA sources state that cash deposits/bonds will no longer be collected on subject merchandise.

ITC to Make Final Injury Determination if ITA Final Determination is Affirmative

The ITA states that it has notified the International Trade Commission of its amended negative preliminary determination. If the ITA's final determination is affirmative, the ITC will make its final injury determination within 75 days of the ITA's final determination.
